Shipping Policy

• Sarah’s Snake Shop can ship live corn snakes during any season, within the Continental US only.
• Snakes cannot be shipped or delivered on holidays.
• We will not ship snakes between November 20th-January 15th in any given year due to shipping delays during the holidays.
• We do not guarantee overnight arrival for any animal, but we do guarantee live arrival. We ship snakes via FedEx only.
• We can ship to your door, but prefer to ship to the closest FedEx Pickup location when possible.
• If you would like us to ship to a FedEx location, please input that location’s address as the delivery address, and note “For Pickup” either in your name or in the notes section.
• Please Note: Due to Georgia law we are unable to ship corn snakes to Georgia. New Jersey residents can only purchase Amelanistic types due to New Jersey law.

Feeding Guarantees

Sarah’s Snake Shop guarantees any snake will feed within 2 weeks of arrival date with the following exceptions:

1. If the snake was advertised as a “trouble feeder” or as only feeding on boiled, scented, or otherwise altered frozen/thawed rodents. No feeding guarantee applies in these cases.
2. If the snake is in shed upon arrival or goes into shed within 7 days of arrival; the guarantee is then modified to 2 weeks after the snake sheds.
